Policys are word of mouth, ROCS provides wrong information more often than not, unable to call departments directly. We need to document and list policy's, make ROCS consistent, and provide direct internal numbers to departments such as BSA.

All departments need to be able to be reached by phone. Text based communication has been woefully insufficient. The idea of tickets are great but in practice they get closed to clear counters and not when a task is actually finished.
