
Let me start by saying how grateful I am for being here. I have enjoyed being here with people who are genuinely kind caring not only about their co-workers but also about the people of this community.
This is my first experience working in the banking industry. It is much different from what I thought it was going to be. It is definitely challenging. I wish that those of us who have never been in banking before could have a chance to sit through training again knowing what we know now.

I feel that the compensation is fairly low vs. the responsibilities required.

I just think that there is a tremendous amount of responsibility put on the front line workers for what little they are paid.
I just feel that the team on the front lines need to be paid a little more hourly considering the amount of responsibility and accountablity that is required of them.
