I believe that our leadership team, at least the members I have interacted with, are very goal driven, and they bring their downlines with them. They share the company or branch's goals with the staff so we can all understand and work towards that goal.
My team is quite open and honest, it is refreshing and helpful that everyone is willing to communicate and work together. There aren't any conflicts, I work at a smaller branch so that's all the more important, since you only ever see the same four people everyday.
Inclusivity, communication and procedures. I think that as a company having the DEI calls are a good example since it helps educate employees are various topics that they otherwise wouldn't be exposed to. I also like that there's procedures for everything since it brings consistency and security.
I believe the best part is the pay. Pay is one of the most crucial parts of a benefit package and I think I am being compensated fairly for what I am doing now. I do hope that when I have more responsibilities, learned more, and have more experience that the compensation would increase accordingly.
I love learning, the excitement of being able to learn to do something that I don't know much about yet or haven't done before is the reason I wake up and come to work everyday. I am someone who needs to always be doing something, so if the branch felt mor fast-pace I think it would be perfect.
