I don't really know how to answer this question, I am not directly involved with the leadership team, nor do I work with them regularly.
The last raise I received; I was told "this raise will bring you up to the minimum wage for your role". Makes me wonder how much was I underpaid and for how long? Why was it just addressed?
too many things to "focus" on. I feel like this is becoming a bank that pushes products, credit cards and other things on the customers, just to make goals, just to get the incentive pay! I feel like some make an incentive on creating goals that are unattainable so there is less of a payout.
When I received my last raise, I was told that I was getting it because I was below the minimum for my salary range. I had been below the minimum for almost 5 years, unaware of this! And NOW I am just at the minimum. I have been in my role for 6 years. It didn't make me feel like a valued employee.
