It has been interesting but not satisfying- feel flat--growth at all levels is slow and we do not market and put into place to really be a growth bank. We seem to still be a small country bank trying to play in the big metro cities with no real idea how

Seem to care about each other however, they are not doing the activities and behaviors needed to consistently be done to have consistent success

Needs to be in line with the regions/markets average pay for my position and a across the board incentive/bonus program that is in areas beyond just core 5 + CPM. Merit pay is too low

Focus on how we are alike and not different and spend our time building up each other, all cultures and helping each other to do our jobs better. We are totally lost in the wrong narratives, political narratives and showing we are not truly interested in growing our bank

We need to know exactly what we want and where we want to go and then we need to hire/develop our teams to do what it takes to hit those strategies. We seem to be lost in intelligence but not much common sense and btw, we are light years behind in technology and in our back rooms
