I enjoy working here and truly believe we are headed in the right direction. My only concern is the banking industry, but within that negative outlook, our company should fare better than most.

Again, the team is fantastic.

The leadership team is composed of solid people with a clear mission.

Good people at the firm, everyone appears to be striving to improve.

I enjoy working in a team that is aligned in their purpose.

Compensation is lower than at other firms, but the team is better to work with.

Very solid human beings all around. We are all rowing in the same direction.

The team I manage is highly motivated, they are quick to volunteer and step up when needed, and they are a joy to work with.

I'm at this company because of the quality of the people, but the comp package is very far from where it would be at other firms.

They're transparent and open. Also, they share strong human values and are focused on long-term success, not only the next quarter's results. That will drive long term value.

Up and down the firm, I feel we have good people who are trying to make a positive impact. This organization seems to have less "politics" than others I've worked at. I value this in lieu of higher compensation.
