I feel as though I have to work way more than what I am being compensated for to make a difference here and to make the work environment better for me. There is no balance, and that is mostly because I feel like I am working to make higher-ups comfortable and we get none of the benefits here.

There is definitely a "we're in this together" mentality that helps us get through the day, and we have built a support system.

Offer better pay transparency that makes sense, offer better healthcare, and make the sales goals more attainable with business accounts counting towards the goals.

I feel as if our leadership team does not fully grasp what it takes to run a successful banking center. I think they are so dependent on us trying to reach our goals and metrics that they don't care about how we get there

I can depend on them for support, especially when the support of management is not felt or reflected through the day-to-day. We are all experiencing the same hurdles on a daily basis, and I think that makes us support each other and can even be friends.

The pressure to succeed with no chance for promotion, or chance to move into the back office, makes it almost not worth it. Honestly, the only reason I don't want to leave is because starting over at a new company means starting from the bottom again.

There is no draw to working here as a new employee. I am a grandfathered in employee, and so tarting over at a new company is a burden, but their health benefits are atrocious and expensive, and the pay that we receive is not a livable wage.

I feel that the region that I work in is very diverse and it helps to have a group of people from all walks of life working together. Outside of that, I don't have a main positive thing about the company or the environment that I work in.

I think it all comes down to retail management. I think they may not be getting the support and training that they need to help boost their subordinate teams. I think they should be visiting their branches more to better understand the people that they are supposed to be supporting.

I work well with my team, and I have found support with a couple of people who work hard and have goals similar to mine. I feel like there are others in different departments who want me to succeed, and I think my team works well together for the most part.

I feel that our compensation structure does not make sense. The region that I work in just lost a slew of people because employees were making less than what they were hiring in at. This is now how you keep legacy employees! I also feel that they do now know their markets very well.
