They are approachable & listen to what the 'grass roots' employees have to say & act on suggestions we may have.
There really isn't too much to like about them, as I feel I cannot talk directly to them. If I have an issue, I have to go through my immediate supervisor who doesn't always pass on my issue.
To stop the negative talk about staff between branches. When working at a branch for a day to help out, I feel a form of animosity as opposed to being welcomed ie staff sometimes do not even acknowledge me.
In a conversation, to listen to what I have to say & not roll their eyes & ignore me. (Even the dull & ignorant; they too have their story - I do not think I am either) To stop gossiping behind each other's backs. Be more supportive & helpful when assistance is needed. To work as a team
