I have been with FMB for 1.5 years now, and it has been an overall good experience. For Service Associates in particular, I feel like there is a fair amount that is expected of us, and I feel that we should be compensated accordingly for all that is asked of us.

The thing I enjoy the most about working for First Merchants is my ability to reach people and help them with whatever they need. I do whatever I can to help them while they are in the branch and do my best to not have to send them away.
