Where we're trying to get. With all the inclusion & diversity initiatives, people with an old-school way of thinking are losing space and influence.

Being able to achieve results others couldn't in years. Seeing in the field ideas that I suggested and worked on months before, hearing multiple "thank you"s from operators that are connected to the work I develop and being able to connect to other areas and understand the bigger picture.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I feel that GE sees me as "cheap workforce". I've always accepted every challenges that my manager suggested and that the program created, but now I can see that the main focus isn't just investing in my experience, but using my skills to do something that someone else would be better paid to do.
Quali sono alcune delle cose migliori della tuo team?
I work in parallel with a person who is a team leader. He is the workaholic type but manages the team very well and everyone knows what are our biggest struggles and what we need to tackle on now. So we all know what the other is doing and what to keep in mind to help.
