Your best bet is business professional for any interview. This would be a suit and tie for guys and nice professional outfit for ladies. The job dress code may be business casual but for the interview over dressed is better than under.

"Say Yes to your style" is the dress code motto at Corporate. Have a lot of meetings with vendors? Probably want to go more business casual. Zero meetings and need to keep your head down to get some administrative work done? Jeans, comfortable shoes and a stylish top are ok!

On boarding is very simple. You will be given a general overview, have some computer training with videos to take you through various processes and probably shadow a co-worker for a day or more. You should be up to speed quickly.

What is the PTO policy at Kohl's?
PTO varies based on length of service and is earned as you accumulate work hours. I believe maximum PTO is 24 hours and additional sick time earned at one hour for every 30 hours worked up to a maximum of 40 hours, but this can vary by state.
We have 24 hours sick leave as a part timer. After three years, you get vacation.

It's retail, it's not always easy.
Depends on if you're asking for PTO or just if they allow days off in general. PTO is really only offered for full time positions. Seasoned part time people who've worked for the company a while, were offered PTO but they've cut the availability for most part time and seasonal positions. They also only allow time off for certain times in the year.
Is it possible to switch teams at Kohl's? If so, what is the process?
Yes, I can only answer for Corporate. You can apply for an internal position on another team, but you have to discuss it with your manager to ensure your skills are relevant to the position you are looking at. If you're desperate to move to another team, say what you have to say to get the manager to support you because there are some managers who will be petty and find things to prevent you from applying for another position on a different team.
Any switch in teams will be handled by the on site management team
