What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Kohl's?
That the pay is horrible and the raises are even worse. They add 5 cents to your pay and call that a raise.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Kohl's?
Depends on your position. If you’re working part time, you can work certain hoursvabd certain shift. Full time is harder to schedule around, but scheduling also depends on the store you’re working at. Some might request you have open availability, others have you work a lot of weekends. It really just depends.
What does the leadership team at Kohl's need to get better at?
There are certain favorites. They are quick to throw you under the bus, even if it was their fault. They don't seem to care about employees
What are some of the best things about your team at Kohl's?
We work together as a team. If someone is struggling, everybody goes to help, even if they don't ask. We get each other

I hate going to work everyday. The management doesn't seem to care about anything that doesn't give them a bonus.
