I do see that LG is trying to transform into better company however individual department doing their own management and it is not reflecting what company striving. It is upsetting to see that many of talented members left the company due to burnout and ill treatment from team leaders

company tries to make pivotal move to improve employee experience but senior management's behavior remains as "old days". Younger generation in workforce are leaving continuously due to this conflict and causing overloaded work load to remaining team.

Senior management team need to be able to adjust to current culture of workforce. they are reluctant to adjust to change that are happening in society.

Management treating individual as "vending machine". Management need to understand that as much as they chose to invest in employees, employees are also chose to invest in company with their time and effort.

I am getting paid less than my direct report. PTO cannot be taken easily without worrying about work being backed up. Work force is designed in a way all must be present and work nonstop at all time plus overtime to complete given task.
