Recognition and providing opportunities to further our career. At this point, LGVU does not seem to have any opportunity to advance forward or take on other responsibilities.
A lot of the work currently is mundane and almost similar to what happened over the past 2 years. The critical issue here is that there are not much room to expand or move forward.
Due to recognition issues at the company, that translates to unfair reviews and overlooking the amount and quality of work that is done. In addition, often times the workload is more than a person's worth, however, that is not recognized or rewarded.
