That I am going out to someone's home to fix something that is broken. Typically I go to someone's home it's not very happy that expensive Appliance of theirs is broken. I enjoy going in reassuring them that the problem is fixed, and they purchased a quality machine

The guys I work with are great. If I have a question I can throw it out there, and five or six people will have an answer or at least attempt to have an answer for me within a minute. You can ask a question without feeling put down.

I feel as if I deserve a raise. I've been with the company for almost five years, and over those five years I think I have gotten a raise totaling $2.50. The company has lowered their standard of experience for people that they are hiring. There are people that are being hired that have less experie
