LG Electronics North America – Stand by their appliances while still under warranty, instead of coming up with excuses to avoid repairs/replacements. Very disappointed with LG. Bought the dryer on Oct 13th of 2020 and recieved it on Nov 21st of 2020. It stopped working on Nov 13th 2021 and they claim its not under warranty.

The first year was hard. It has a very different company culture (Largely influenced by older Korean Culture). It was hard to adapt. Over the years I have learned how to navigate the culture to be successful. Biggest problem in the company is the CEO organization is always trying to stop progress

For the most part it has been great. If you have a poor leader things can be rough, leaders are not held accountable for poor management

My experience has been challenging, but rewarding with a great deal of learning experience and new opportunities. Additionally, the support I receive from my team and the greater organization/leadership has allowed me to grow and thrive over the past 6+ years.
