I've been with LG for 14 yrs and have generally been happy for those years. With frequent leadership change one must be flexible and adaptable to do well over the long term. Bad leadership has been only trigger for when I considered leaving, with no communication & support for critical issues.

When they are available, they will listen to insight into where I feel he company should go in terms of strategy. They are just too stretched thinly across too many teams to provide adequate support and collaboration to make necessary changes.
