agents are on the front lines of company representation. So for all of the efforts we make to keep customers happy. I feel devalued by being paid less than ever. As if the company/clients feel my contribution is cheap. PAY CONTRACTED AGENTS MORE

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

the pay rate for work keeps dwindling from $0.25 per minute talk time across the board to most lines paying $0.20 per minute and some paying a little as $0.08 plus incentives. the call volume is less and the pay is also less. I would feel better about compensation if i was paid $0.25-0.35 talk time
