I struggle with Anxiety and Depression but from day 1 I walked through the doors at Malouf my world change. I love going in to work each morning knowing that I can make an impact on the growth of the company and that I matter. I love my coworkers who have become friends and family. They make my life better by working with the best in the business!!

I love that I work hard and my pay reflects what I do! My insurance premiums are paid so I know that my family will be taken care of while I do my best to give them the life they deserve! And FREE gourmet lunch every day has been such a blessing!!

The leadership team at Malouf is like no other company out there. They care about you and your career goals but the bigger part is the care about me as a person. I LOVE my job, I LOVE my team and I'm so grateful I get to work with such real caring people every day!!

The culture is like no other I have seen. When the CEO knows your name and actually cares about you personally it makes all the difference. Sam will say hi and address you by name if he sees you around town and that is the culture you get with Malouf. Very transparent! I LOVE the culture of Malouf!

When you hear that there is no I in team that is totally true is the sense that our TEAM is always there for each other, has our backs and when we are having a hard day or life is feels like it's crumbling at times they are there in any and every way possible to lift or carry you. I adore my team!!
