The most positive of the culture and environment is that we generally don't have a problem with theft. People tend to be trustworthy around money and others belongings.
Supervisors and Managers need to be present and working just as hard as everyone else. Managers and supervisors often disappear in the middle of shifts or rarely leave their office.
Employees are rarely praised for their efforts, hard work or for going the extra mile. Management does not move people up in their positions instead they choose to hire outside the team they have.
Coworkers should be supportive of one another and not competing with one another. Competing to have supervisors authority without the title or pay. Competing to be in charge when supervisors or managers go MIA
The team needs to work on being more organized. Managers are not very supportive of their employees. They're often not present. They need to hire supervisors and managers who will work just as hard as the rest of the staff.
