
I have no answer. There are no fair commissions available. Benefits are nice when you need them.
I like the dedication leadership does to insure information is easily accessible, policies are well-reviewed, and there is never a wrong question that can be asked.
What we need is to be able to move away from the silos that are positioned around each department. There is no communication between departments, and information is being lost and miscommunicated.
I need to have more opportunities to make my own decisions on what is best for the customer without the heavy micro-management style. Every I do is carefully looked at, and one little mistake outweighs all the many positive things I provide for customer experience.
