I have noticed that there are very high highs but even lower lows with Newfold. With this being said, I have noticed a massive jump in overall quality of the company within the last few months. My leadership team makes it easy to want to stay.

People don't take themselves too seriously when talking between employees and I think that's a good thing because it shows the others that they can be comfortable in their own skin.

I believe there just needs to be longer training time when acquiring new employees and that there should be more resources available to better understand other departments that we commonly interact with.

My manager is extremely hard working and I've gotten to see that first hand. Understanding their work ethic has really motivated me to work harder and give more interest within the company. My leadership team has a perfect balance between pushing the team and being compassionate.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Looking at jobs in comparison, the pay at Newfold for my position is not competitive to what's in the market. I believe that a pay increase should be heavily considered for entry level positions within Newfold as this would help retain employees and hopefully create a harder work drive.
