Ive had opportunity for growth and exposure that I wouldn't expect at any other company and I am appreciative for. I do feel that I am not paid fairly and that is the main concern that I have with continuing my career here, but juggle that with the good things I hope are to come in company evolution

Easy to talk to, not a dog eat dog environment. We all want each other to succeed and celebrate everyone's wins

Being paid at least market rate for the work performed and job title. Salary transparency among roles. Even if my goals are met at 100%, the ELT can deny full VC.

They are very collaborative and friendly, they are genuinely interested in sharing more about their lives and it makes work more fun to know that we can get things done but have each other's back

Compensation at market rate. More opportunities to increase salary via promotion. Capping people at a percentage of their current rate no matter the new role and responsibilities is adding fuel to the attrition fire

Actually start caring about relationships with brokers and clients. The company has shifted too much to caring about numbers and ROI and implementing increases 'because we can'. Just because we can doesn't mean we should.

Willing to listen and seek input from anyone willing to share. I appreciate that they understand that there is still work that needs to be done and with recent changes seem amenable to changing them for the better.

I like that everyone is personable and our executive members are mostly friendly and enjoy getting to know people. I don't approve of the actions and decisions that have come down, like price increases for customers that setup CS to fail.

I think that the updates to our executive leadership can be positive improvements, and I am open to seeing where they take PS. The past few years we have focused on bottom line and fine prints with clients and damaged a lot of relationships that we need to work to recover now.

We focus on lending a helping hand, we are always ready to jump in and give advice or help troubleshoot problems, whether they are for clients/ICs that are aligned to us or not. I never feel judged or annoying for asking questions or sharing my ideas, I genuinely love my team members.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

There is no pay transparency or equal pay among job tiers. Different departments may have less overall responsibility but paid more. PlanSource says they "Pay for Performance" but that has been used to pay people unfair base pay with hopes that a merit increase will fix it to market in a few years
