TaskUs: I've been working here for almost 2 years and I really love working onsite and working from home as well. Management is great, benefits and opportunities are always on top. Every month site celebrations, occasions to get together.
Dennys: I started out as a server 3 years ago and now been acting as a RM, i love my job and was officially offered the position last night and excited about living out my dream of becoming a RM.
TP: Very fantastic and the people around us are very friendly especially the higher positions

TaskUs: Good but it will be much better if there is a higher salary and having off camera on work. We can still be productive even off cam. It just makes us uncomfortable and unfocused having the camera turned on

Sanford Health: Leadership is the worse I've ever dealt with. He doesn't do anything to resolve problems and always takes the side of the person causing the problems.
TaskUs: They show that they care when asked about anything that is going on or if me or one of my teammates needs help they are there for us.
TaskUs: There's really no place like home.
TaskUs: TaskUs is just great there's just no other companies that can compare to it. The benefits alone is ridiculously incredible already. From food forwards, to clinic, to gym, to events, work environment and more it's just ridiculously great.

VCA: Medicine practiced is excellent with focus on health of our patients every day. I am hesitant to refer colleague to VCA d/t lack of support and trust of staff from hospital mgmt. Malaise is real as staff are not valued, profit seems to be the drive. Valuing team drives profit, excellent medicine.

DXC Technology: I have had an excellent experience, but I have watched others have a poor experience. Some people are let go unceremoniously, esp to move jobs offshore. I understand the financial benefits of utilizing offshore personnel, but wish the process could happen more organically, with attrition rather.
DXC Technology: Going almost 15 years without a salary increase or promotion despite having great reviews is unacceptable. If leadership truly cares about the employees they would do something about it.

TaskUs: TaskUs has been kind to it's employees, but recent changes with the HMO partner triggered alot of disappointments and some also decided to leave the company for that mere reason. Salary is not already not competetive, just enough to get by, then HMO was downgraded. Huge downfall.

Aimbridge Hospitality: I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years respectively. I was hesitant to work for Aimbridge because they are so big. I was wrong. I have worked for large and small companies. I am very impressed with Aimbridge. I see a long successful future for me here.

My biggest challenge is how little PTO is earned and how many years required to increase that amount. Especially considering PTO includes sick days. I would love to see an improvement here.
