Ralphs Grocery Company: Ralphs in Rancho Palos Verdes recently remodeled, now has very large displays of merchandise obstructing the aisles, making shopping difficult and unpleasant. Please remove some of these obstructions or at lease reduce their size. No need to have hundreds of packages of cookies blocking the meat.

Panda Express: Management only cares about sales, regular employess are just a number
Ingredion: the pay is fair, equitable and transparent
Halliburton: Not that great, kind of stressful.. especially after the hack

Caliber Collision Centers: It started off good. I got a new manager took a bay from me worked out of one bay. She's getting a kid and taking my bay to put me in the middle of the aisle in everyone's way asked her for a transfer got denied, but she added to her roster And pushed me to the back

Express Scripts: First, i have been getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. I was just recently double charged for a montly supply of a medication from Accredo, Express Scripts Specialty Pharmacy and spent ovet an hour on the phone, mostly on hold, gwtting to a person who could fix it. They are short on staff.

Home Goods: I received charges totaling less than $10 during a time when I did not use my new card. Because I did not use the card I did not look at my account. No warning - TJX reported me 30-days delinquent and my credit score dropped 57 points. Ridiculous. Cancelled my card, won't shop HomeGoods again.
Safeway: Your prices, stop filling up the aisles so much so you can't get down them with a cart. Your customer service is disgraceful. You should be ashamed of them. Teach them manners & respect.
TP: As the moment, i just like the flow and the training they have given to us. We can learn a lot of them and well definitely mold us as a great and equip agent.
Little Caesar's: Just be able to come in to work and see everyone at work

Sunbelt Rentals: By far the BEST company I have ever worked for in my long life. They treat their employees very well, my boss and his boss are always complementary of my work, remote/hybrid work is allowed, they took great care of me when I had family issues. No one pushed me, just said let us know how we can help.

H&R Block: My experience with the company per se is not good. I like my clients and some of my coworkers, who are the source of Block's reputation, but management generally makes an effort to ignore us unless there is a big problem. They pay attention to each other and the higher management in the company.

UPS: They basically just gave me the job because they need bodies for the meat grinder.

Aetna: Cost of Medicare Drugs too high. All drugs need to be covered including Armour Thyroid. When looking at the compensation of the CEO and Board of Directors, your firm has no excuse for marginal coverage of some drugs.

Nationwide Insurance: No care or concern for employees or families, focus is shifting to quantity over quality and they are forcing leaders to micromanage their employees. Zero incentive for quality work, minimal pay raises.
Hertz: Customer service; Response to emails
Gucci: Appalling customer service. Utterly disgraceful.
Schneider Electric: make it appropriate to effort start compensating authors, not their bosses!
TP: For the whole tp is great, however some other accounts burnt to some agents without consideration.
Wells Fargo: Immediate managers are the good guys. Anyone above them is part of Charlie's GANG of terror.

Infinite Computer Solutions: Working at Infinite has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The organization fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.
Chick-fil-A: I really like how friendly my co-workers are. I never have had any problems with them at all!
Ralphs Grocery Company: Customers should be guided not forced to learn the self checkout system. At the ventura and woodman Ralph's a helper named Nancy did this while training another employee to adopt the same approach. Encouragement fosters better customer experiences than forceful tactics. Pity to lose a customer.
TJ Maxx: They get things done in a timely manor
Safeway: It's been overall very good.
Sedgwick: I am lucky that i have a good client. They appreciate what i do. Sedgwick has some bad clients. Thats why i apreciate my client

Telstra: Telstra internet is simply dreadful. The customer service leaves you hanging on the phone for 45 minutes (my personal service). The fixes don't last. They hope you won't ring back and complain again. Telstra CEO needs to fix these issues quickly.

Hilton: As a travel company owner often got problem with Hilton receiving commissions and impossible to contact accounts department.

Microsoft: Amazing culture and people. Smart and fair.
KFC: Was let go even after I showed doctors notes and hospital notes.
McLane Company: Love my job! Fast paced and great pay! Lots of bonuses and gain share for selecting above performance goals, if you put in hard work it definitely pays off. I feel like they care about me as a person as well, but only because they actually put in effort to who work the hardest for their company!
Goodwill: Provide some kind of customer service. Sponsor or contribute some time of charitable help in the community your stores are located. Donate Coats ,hats and winter gloves from your over priced donated goods to schools. Provide local foster homes with toys for their foster kids at Christmas. Something!

Best Buy: I've worked here for 25 years. It's always been a great company until Corie Barry Became the CEO. She only cares about shareholders now and that is it. Employees are "blue shirts" now. We are no longer humans in her eyes.
AutoZone: They don't pay anybody well enough for what they expect across the board. The company doesn't care one bit about their associates, just how many sales they can pack into a day. Not to mention their driver damaged my vehicle and they didn't do anything to fix it,the drivers manager just taunted me.

Save-A-Lot: Extremely toxic culture. Does not care about customer or employee safety. They told us to "get over" someone committing time fraud. Higher ups do not care about any part of the mission statement or proposed values of the company - as long as they are making money, they don't care.

Transdev: You work overtime almost every day. This company has unrealistic expectations that you can never achieve. The raises are few and far between and they are only on average 2%. Which is a slap in the face for working hard, being continually stressed and pushed every day.

Motel 6: When I was hired, I was trained by another VERY NEW employee. One who had only been there a few herself. I received no training at all from my manager, whom lives on site. I was only there for about a week and a half before I was responsible for training the other new employee.
