Costco: I purchase a washing machine online and it was to include delivery and installation. The delivery was fine; however, the installation was totally unacceptable and the customer service department basically told me I have to live with it.

Buffalo Wild Wings: Living in Evansville, Indiana. I gave BWW 3 attempts to see if the service had gotten any better. It hasn't and that was the last time for me at the Green River Location. I have been around the service industry for over 40 years and have observed the food service industry from all aspects.

Comcast: 1) Create a program that rewards loyal customers. 2) end bundling programs that do not fit customer needs. Example business bundle deal that forces customer to have to get a cheaper monthly rate. TV service is an example. If u don't cancel once the profram ends, u continue to pay for that service!

GDI Integrated Facility Services: I have worked in this Company in the past and their do illegal actions to their employees. Saying that the employees don't have the right to look at their schedule, don't have the right to have a day off, and does the complete opposite of the policies.

Jack in the Box: The manager at store is very rude to the employees , he is not good at training usually we get training by just watching other coworkers, and if you ask questions you might get lucky and get answers by other employers not the manager , but yet he likes to talk bad about his employees.
TJ Maxx: Unorganized and way underfunded. Understaffed, never have the supplies I need. Least efficient cash register flow I've ever worked. Good co-workers, huge employee turnover tho.

AVP need to go to the stores more often and don't let managers know that there going to go visit. Troy the AVP from Dallas is not a good AVP that you have in.

IHOP: Such an awful environment. Physical fights in the kitchen where police is told not to be called by the manager, all staff vaping/ using weed pens in kitchen/ getting out bags of weed, servers walking out, manager screaming at everyone, making people cry. 0/10 please look into the Watertown, NY Ihop.
Asplundh: Helping customers and training new people. Its a calling for sure. Besides those getting to the very top of trees and gazing apon gods creation from a birds eye view.
TP: Overall experience, since I am still a trainee my experience is not that much, but I can totally say the people or my team iis nice and wonderful.
