My overall experience at my work is that I'm dealing challenges by attaining information of how to deal customers and how to execute during the production. Right now, I am in training, it is very crucial for me since this is my first time having a work while adjusting my schedule since it's night.

The best things of my team is that they are really nice. They will interact to you daily and will assured you that you are in the good track or place to work with.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
For me as a trainee, I was expecting that my leaders are strict. However, one I've encountered them and had a chance to talk to them, I was ashemed of my self because they are very nice, not just to me but also to the entire team.
