Motive: My overall experience at the company has been fantastic. People are productive and enjoy being there. Leadership is accessible all the time and give freedom to work your way with no micromanagement.
Motive: I am a fresh graduate and I underestimated my potential a lot in the beginning. However, my manager and team have brought out the best in me and have made my short experience wholesome so far. I have never been excluded from any activity and nobody shies from helping.

We are spending majority of our days creating tickets and following up on them which severely impacts our time to prospect, follow up

There's always this insecuirty that what if someday I am not performing well or not maintaining my occupancy. Would I lose my job? Make it an easy going workplace.

McGraw Hill: Behemoth publisher that is big enough to be in the "too big to fail" category. Overmanaged, little room for creativity, people with no background in relevant fields manage, direct and run the show. Low morale.
