I like that the all hands seem really detailed, and they're actually telling us what's happening, not "saying a whole bunch of nothing" as I've seen in prior stops.
Everyone seems really helpful. I never felt like I was bothering someone by asking a question and I definitely want people to feel the same about me when asking me something.
The best part is the RSU's, because although salary is fair, the RSU's is what sets the package apart from other companies. It makes me invested in the results of the company because I know there's a chance we can go public and the stock if we're lucky can skyrocket.
We have a daily meeting where we let eachother know what we're working on and what issues we have. It's not micro managing but it's more like having that resource available in case we need it. This is my ideal style, I don't want constant micromanaging but I do like checking in daily even for a min.
