Decision making and resource allocation could be more visible and meritocratic - part of growing pains.

HubSpot: The pay for my role is low for the cost of living in Cambridge/Boston (position is flex, so we do need to live in a commuting distance). Even a small increase would be helpful.

Prosperity Bank: This bank has poor management and extremely old technology for comsumers and employees. They also require the employees to open accounts in order to recieve direct deposit for their paychecks. Otherwise you have to wait a few days in order to get paid. Its crazy!!

Medela: Medela overall has been a positive experience but the past few years have come with some instability, making the day-to-day turbulent. Significant changes have been made the past few years and I'm hopeful the outcome will lead to improvements and stability.
Capco: Wonderful, competitive pay at most levels (particularly junior) with a flat corporate structure that encourages employees to be themselves at work
Medela: I feel that I'm bored most of the time at work, not because theres no work but because the work itself is rather repetative and mundane.

Zendesk: Great work environment, super helpful and kind people all around, solving some tough problems with a common understanding of a shared goal and shared outcomes.
City Facilities Management (US) LLC: I work hard and am rewarded for it; whether in compensation, awards, acknowledgement or kudos, I feel appreciated and accomplished. I love what I do, who I do it with and truly look forward to the future of City. It's scary, but I'm all in!

Pinterest: I have had Pinterest for about 3 years and I do not have any special income through it, but it has grown well and now has 450,000 viewers per month.

HubSpot: Benefits are great - insurance is top notch in Singapore and compensation + equity is fair as well.

Daktronics: Terrible leadership. No true business or management backgrounds for upper management. They are behind the times and are handcuffed with paralysis by analysis. Extremely conservative. Pay is horrendous for loyal employees and growth opportunities are never presented to employees.

HubSpot: Incredible opportunity at at organisation that is growing so fast, with huge ambition to rethink how companies do business and think about growth
HubSpot: I like my job and my colleagues. But I'm concerned about holiday policy. It's unlimited but I don't feel I'm encouraged to take time off because of the nature of my role. Once my manager said "you gotta be mindful of when you take time off, there's basically no one who can look after your job.":(

Carvana: Be willing to pickup other ppls load as well has yours and don't expect breaks to be mandatory. They over book appointment under ur name and expect you to handle it. They overwork you through out the day and expect not to hear any complains cuz if you do then your not "team player"

LANCESOFT, INC.: Horrible with paying people after your assignment is ended they take the timesheet portal down so you cant add your hours into and then act like you didnt work I'm seeking legal assistance in a lawsuit against them for my last pay

HubSpot: My experience has been great! The leadership team has been super transparent about various changes. They do a good job in making sure we all feel comfortable no matter our gender, sexual orientation, or race. It's a fun environment where I can truly be myself.
DoorDash: Working at DoorDash has been overall great. Strong company values driving growth and culture. Unfortunately, as the company has grown, department and team resources have not followed appropriately.
