Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. I do not think that I am undervalued in a sense when I communicate with my team members or managers/leadership, but it would be good to see other signs of recognising my commitment, contributions and work, through promotions and salary increase. Like many others, we see regularly recognised.
