The amount of workload and unrealistic high expectations from my manager. A raise in my compensation and better benefits would help me feel valued.
I have had the opportunity to build on my skill set, bring additional knowledge to the team, and consistently supporting my team and internal teams on a daily basis. Increased in compensation, if taken seriously, would mean that SPS is serious about my value and that they care.
