I've been at SPS for nearly a decade and wouldn't trade it for anywhere else! The executive team is transparent, empathetic and driven. The only negative has been the amount of work we've had the past year - but that's better than no work at all!

I have over a decade of experience with SPS and no desire to leave. That being said, the move from remote to hybrid work has been challenging and is not something I enjoy. Coming into the office twice a week is the only negative feedback I can provide.
