For the most part it has been positive but the underlying feeling of not knowing what comes next (knowing the future of my position) is what is disconcerting.

Not having much to do, knowing that I need to find a new job makes it hard to get excited about SPS.

My role isn't clear at this time, so it's a little unsettling. I would like to be brought up to current market value for my demographic area.

I received a 1.5% salary increase earlier this year which I thought was horrible. I recently found out my role will be eliminated at the end of the year. Being part of the acquisition started out ok, but sure didn't end up being a good thing. I do not feel SPS values my contributions.
