Paying their emplyoees more and putting more emphasis on mental health (ex 5 free sessions per year)/physical health gym membership reimbursements, should be a part of our benefits.

We are always looking to sharpen our processes and there to assist each other, as well as provide knowledge to other teams to effectively achieve success with our projects.

Its not that I'm undervalued, its more on how to keep employees here with rising inflation and the ability to work remote full time. In addition, mental health is rampid within the US. I think more benefits for lowered gym rates/therapy sessions would be amazing!
