I have been here for a very long time. I am able to have a bit of flexibility in my schedule, which is very helpful. A lot of staff here have been together for many years, not a lot of changeover, that is always nice.

Everyone seems to get along well. Most staff come to me with complaints and issues, I help if & where I can.

Well it keeps changing, however if I have questions, I can reach out to certain people and they either help me or point me in the right direction.

I complete all my tasks and then some. The Management here gets the glory. Some staff here sit in each others offices and talk all day, while others can barely get a lunch down. It has been like this for many years, and the only way I see change is if I find other employment. I don't want that.
