
Appreciate the program, coworkers, and opportunity to work. Feel salaries are low, stress could be lower, and need support of equipment, etc. I have worked for corporations prior to my position here and feel this situation is much better than previous company.

Staff work together well, for the most part in our facility.
Responsibilities have increase without increase in pay for the HR Coordinator position. This position is not included in union, however, not associated with management.
Caring individuals and it seems there is a general feeling of people wanting to continue to improve the program as well as the opportunities for clients and staff.
Communication can always be improved, in any work setting. Understanding by corporate, cost of living is increasing faster than pay with this company. Need to invest in improvement with program as well as staff.
The demand of staff whether it is the stress of the job, hours of shift do not seem to be acknowledged with the hourly rate. Across the board, it seems the salary is low compared to others in the field. Individuals at a GEO facility down the street get paid more than our staff at our facility.
