They are personable and not just some robots going by a program. They haven't lost site of being a human being.

I believe Clerks should make half of what Officers make because we deal with Detainees as well; being in dorms, having to speak with them, etc. We just don't have to escort or detain anyone. Getting paid minimum wage for being in essentially the same danger an officer can be in isn't fair.
