the people i work with do what we can to boost each other up despite terrible working ours and sub par conditions.

I am paid at a better rate than my coo workers are but the rate is slashed substantially when over time is worked. And the only reason I could think to explain it is geo just wants to cut costs and save money. There is no reason to work over time as the rate we are paid is not correctional rate.
