
Corrections/Law Enforcement is a dangerous one of work, especially if working with a bunch of non-certified officers. The amount of hours an officer has to work is insane.

I left the company on my seventh day as an employee. There are a number of serious safety issues that need to be addressed. The inmates pretty much run that facility from what I had observed in my short period of time of being there.
Getting more staff certified and getting more staff in general. I also think that the company should value quality over quantity especially since majority of the staff were aware that there are officers bringing contraband into the facility. That did not make me feel safe at work among my peers.
