Arrive. Morals. Ethics. Communicate. Care. Mature to help cliental, not eagerly find fault in them.

Arrive to care about cliental. Not go out of their way to see clients fail. It's obvious, it's intentional, and blatantly visible to staff and cliental that failure is the goal. The general focus of staff and system is to 'catch them' in any way possible.
