We work together as a team. Each department is a team within itself and everyone is respected for the job they do and what they contribute to make our day safe and effective.

I really like the pay. I commute a hour everyday to my job because the pay is competitive. The only thing I do not like is that your do not accrue sick pay or annual leave every pay period.

What I like most about GEO is they train you thoroughly on your job. The NEO training (New Employee Orientation) will prepare you on what to expect at GEO, what your role is at GEO, security on the job and what is expected of you.
