We have hardly any perks and we make less than the co's while doing three times the work. A pay raise to equal the c/o's would be helpful.

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
