Good if not great. I think overall, WFM does a lot right, but either raising salaries across all TM divisions or providing better benefits/ incentives (meals, WFA where feasible, team building budgets) would make it one of the best working environments.

There's a lot of opportunity to experiment, try, fail, try, succeed, try, fail, etc. Innovation and creativity are really valued and ideating is highly encouraged.

Everything except for the fact that it isn't fully remote. Think if we're going to have a hybrid model, the incentive of compensated meals or emphasis on team-building events should be a minimum
