when it comes to the people and friends I've made it is amazing but the work does seem boring and I was hoping to get into something more into my field which I am not sure I even got I want to do more and get appreciated for my work I just don't feel it here

I think sometimes it can be misleading how they talk about the jobs and sometimes the workload isn't there plus its just a repeat everytime

well my team is pretty small with just 3 members but until now they are nice and always helpful

certain things are amazing but the work pay just seems too less for the amount of work we do

innovation for the most part happens with higher ups I wish they would include other members especially when the team is small

it just feels difficult to go to work some days, maybe if better incentives were to push and do work it would help

most of the time the work seems to be very monotonous in nature and if there are way to changes things to make it more interactive then the work pay increase can justified more easily
