
Even though our leadership is lacking in many areas, we keep each others spirits high and we help each other out.
Our leadership lacks direction and skills needed to perform the duties they are tasked with. It is more of a "boys club" than a professional culture.
Many things...employee retention and morale is at an all time low, communication is lacking, accountability is non-existent (even though it is supposed to be a core value). I have spoken up to hold people accountable and I have been punished for it.
I am constantly denied raises and promotions even though I receive excellent performance reviews. When I do receive raises, my supervisor has to fight for me to get so low pay increase that isn't worth the fight. Pay me what I am worth and stop spending money on extras that don't pay bills.
