The company has been steady employment that has provide me with a livable wage and benefits but I do not feel they value employee loyalty, knowledge, and experience. They want newer, younger, more social people and promote those employees while not rewarding hard work and experience.

Receiving a raise and/or a cost of living increase would be a nice start. I make considerably less than the "company average salary" and have seen other departments get multiple increases all while not receiving a raise or cost of living increase in years being told that i "make too much money".
