My direct manager is amazing and my coworkers are awesome as well. The people you work with will make the job enjoyable.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
The best part is the medical plan, but I wish the medical would cover GLP1's. We have a good medical plan but it could be better in some ways. I also like the 401K matching.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
What I like is that we are a family based company. A lot of couples work here in different departments as well as parents/children. We are a large company with a small town mindset and culture.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I like having a working relationship with a lot of different people including techs, service managers, coworkers, and customers. I also like seeing how the doors are developed and learning more about the doors when we can.

I like that they do things for us sometimes like they added a new holiday this year and they do grill outs in the summer, they try to take care of us and make sure we feel appreciated.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
The insurance is great, the 401K is always good, I have a good amount of time off. I just wish we could get bonuses somehow. I'm not sure how my department would, but it would be nice. That would be the icing on the cake.

My team is so supportive of each other and we all get along. It's almost like a requirement to be on this team is to have ADHD and be fueled by caffeine and sarcasm, but we all jive and get along and get the job done. We help each other when needed which is awesome.

I think as far as the culture goes, its interesting that we all work for a company that most everyone on the outside has never heard of so we naturally have a comradery because we all know doors. Like i said before, we are fueled by ADHD, caffeine, and sarcasm so humor is how we cope.

My team and I refer to ourselves to "the dorm." Like we are in college and all reside on our row as roommates. We used to have larger work spaces but recently decreased down to a standing desk, so the dorm way of looking at things helps us to make a good thing out of a not so great situation.
