Replace directors and owner. Insert professional, hard working, leaders. Not the dictators that currently work there

Professional leaders. I had no points, no sit downs, no verbal or written write up. And when let go, i was never told. I asked a coworker why i was no longer on the roster for employees. Management never reached out. I had to ask.

Customer service needs to be first priority. Waiting 40 mins for a single sandwhich is unacceptable. Leaders and directors who allow this need to be let go. Even if its the big boss. How can a business grow and improve if the problems are not corrected?

They work. They work as a team, helping each other and picking up slack when needed. This was taken for granted by directors, managers and leaders who never stepped in to help nor acknowledged those who worked hard. My team kept the business going while being disrespected. Their work ethics, amazing

Leading by example. Too many leaders and managers sit on their computers or phones all shift. When asked for help from staff, the leaders disappear. Either in office or their cars watching the mayhem. For example, a line of cars blocking 2 roads just to order, waiting 25 - 40 mins for a single order

The person who interviewed me rqn out at the last half. I had to fill out the employment paper work alone. He never came back. Once i was done i had informed a cashier. She was not surprised he left. I had many questions. But unfortunately i assumed chik fil a was honorable. Thats my mistake.
