This is my second time working for you, there's some issues the first time I was hired and I left for a while. I recently got rehired, and for the most part its been good. I have a few issues like the lack of shift stability. People will just not show up for shifts. There, is also issues with breaks

To be shown a little bit of appriciation, when i go in, im there to do a job, just like the rest of our team. I feel like getting grievance time when someone close passes away, and not having to work another 4 hours sobbing.
